Refunds are accepted only within 72 working hours (3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after purchase. After this period, purchases are non-refundable.
The period is counted in Lagos time; Saturdays and Sundays do not count.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Custom-cut, installed, damaged-after-delivery, and clearance items may not be returnable.
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
